Tadasana: Align Your Life in True North Workshop

One of the keys to moving through your yoga practice and life with the kind of ease and harmony we all want, is being comfortable with yourself. This quality comes easily when your body, heart, and mind align—when you come from center, when you come from your True North.
In this workshop I lead participants through an exploration of True North Alignment in their physical practice; breaking down many of the postures of Baptiste Yoga and exploring, in depth, how to draw into the CENTER LINE in order to more powerfully access the pose – with effort and ease at the core.
We then move the physical concepts of True North Alignment into the way of being off of the mat. Here we uncover the various aspects of life and where the elements of True North are in or out of alignment, thus beginning the process of realigning with ones own North Star and most grounded, centered, self.
This workshop can be offered virtually or in-person and is recommend to be 90 minutes to two hours in length.
