Arm Balance Workshop

I begin this workshop with a overview of the foundations of creating arm balances, wrist care, and a discussion on the importance of Drishti in an arm balance practice.  For each pose, I teach the build up and winnable gaps to access the pose, integration of props (blocks, straps, and bolsters) to support the progression of the pose, and where to integrate the pose during a vinyasa flow class.  This workshop can be customized as the studio owner sees fit - to be as short as 1 hour and as long as 3 hours.
